DESCRIPTION:We’ll read the 2024 Minnesota Youth Reading Awards Star of 
 the North Picture Book Award nominees in the children’s area over four 
 dates in January and February. We’ll cast our votes in March and 
 celebrate the winner in April! Nominee titles are intended for a 
 kindergarten through 2nd grade audience. However\, pre-k and older children 
 are also welcome to participate. Registration is not required. Parents are 
 welcome and encouraged. Sponsored by the Friends of the Elk River Library.
