Discover your inner film critic by casting your votes in the 29th Annual MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival! You’ll join film lovers across the globe casting ballots for ten finalists in this year’s event. Ballots will be supplied and collected at the screenings. For teens & adults. This program was made possible with Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota's Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
