You’ll join film lovers across the globe casting ballots for ten finalists in this year’s event. Ballots will be supplied and collected at the event. For teens & adults. This program was made possible with Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota's Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
