Pedal to the Metal-Bronze Casting with Pedal to the Metal! (outdoor only) In-Person

Carve your own small sculpture, pendant, keychain, pin, magnet or more with Pedal to the Metal : Traveling Foundry! Participants will carve from cuttlebones to create their own one of a kind artworks, then see them cast live in bronze with a small propane fired furnace. Then they are able to perform basic finishing and affix their piece to a necklace, keychain, pin, or magnet back or keep it as a small pocket sculpture! Participants of all ages are encouraged however children under 9 should plan to have an adult assistant. Registration is request. Limit 20. This program was made possible by funding from the City of Elk River.
