Wool Painting In-Person

Sometimes called “Wool Painting,” this wool felting technique is used to create 2 dimensional art work. The end result can be framed or sewn onto clothing, bags or other items as a colorful patch. We will use notched needles to felt wool roving onto fabric to create images from simple coloring book style pictures to more complicated landscapes, depending on the interests of the students.
Recommended for ages 12 and up. Registration required. This program was made possible with Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota's Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
