Painting with Scissors with Rumriver Art Center In-Person

In the style of Eric Carle’s bright and vibrant collages, students will create art with scissors using colorful patterned art pages and watercolor paints in a unique way and stretch their imaginations. For ages 8 to adult. Limit 15. Registration required. Sponsored by the City of Monticello.
