Demo: Cooking with Induction In-Person
Curious how induction cooking works? Explore with induction cooking kits now available for request at the library! Using a kit, a staff presenter will cover the basic science of induction cooking and how it differs from gas or electric. A cooking demonstration and time for Q&A will be included. A snack appetizer will be provided.
