Let's Make a Comic In-Person
Whether you're a comic expert or you've never drawn a single thing in your life, this session is for you! Meet Jason Walz, author of the popular graphic novel The Flip Side, and hear how he got into comics. Then, get creative! Learn to create a character, come up with a story idea, and draw a one-page comic. Super supportive, and a ton of fun. For school-age kids and teens. Registration requested via griver.org, limit 50. This program was made possible with Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota's Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
