Creating Cartoon Characters with Gary Harbo In-Person

Gary Harbo will work with kids in a step-by-step process to create an animal cartoon character. By breaking the illustration down into simple steps, the children will be able to successfully follow along and create a wonderful drawing showing even the most skeptical of talents that drawing can be easy and fun. For ages 8 and up. Limit 25. Registration required. This program was made possible with Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota's Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
