Sourdough from Start to Finish In-Person

There's nothing sour about learning a new skill. Join us as we welcome expert Becki Melvie with Abundant Kitchen and learn how to make your own sourdough bread. Participants will learn how to make a loaf of breading using the Ballymaloe Cookery School recipe and other tips and tricks including ways to use that discard. Don't know what "discard" means yet? Becki will guide you! Class participants will leave with their very own sourdough starter that is over 40 years old from Ballymaloe Cookery School, a tasty treat and some handy resources. Registration is required. Limit 15. This program is made with Art's & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota's Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
