Crafts & Creations: Fall Jar Candles In-Person

Using the technique of decoupage, students will be creating a fall candle in a jar using decorative napkins. Participants will receive the “Endless Candle Recipe.” All materials will be provided for this program. Limit 10. Registration required. Sponsored by the City of Monticello.
