Project Care Health Navigator In-Person
Drop-in or make an appointment for a private session with our local Project Care Health Navigator. This program is a free service to help residents find and keep affordable health care. Project Care is a community health initiative of Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid that is funded by grants from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation and MNsure.
For appointments, accommodations, or translator services, contact Project Care at 320-253-0121 or projectcare@mylegalaid.org. Drop-in meetings available on a first-come first-served basis. For all ages.
