Garbage Friends In-Person
Drop in before the Midway opens during the Swanville Midsummer Carnival to create a fun art project. Turn everyday materials into brand new puppets and companions of your creation. Critters, people, or mythical creatures - the only limit is your imagination! For all ages. This program was made possible with Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota's Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
