Sourdough Start to Finish In-Person

There is nothing sour about learning a new skill!  Learn how to make sourdough bread with expert Becki Melvie in this informative and fun class. We will make a loaf of sourdough, based on the Ballymaloe Cookery School recipe.  Learn no wo make Sourdough Discard Crackers.  Don't know what that means? She will teach you!  You will take home a sourdough starter that is over 40 years old from the Ballymaloe Cookery School, a tasty treat and handy resources. For ages 14 and up. Registration is required, limit 15.
