Sourdough: Start to Finish In-Person

There's nothing sour about learning a new skill! During this thorough demonstration, you’ll learn how to maintain a sourdough starter, mix and knead dough, and get ideas for what to do with stale bread. The class includes a selection of a fresh baked sourdough samples. For teens and adults. Limit 30. Registration required. This program was made possible with Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota's Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
