Sourdough 101

Sourdough 101 In-Person

Learn the art of sourdough baking in this fun hands-on demo class! Discover how to make a loaf from start to finish using the Ballymaloe Cookery School recipe, and how to maintain your own starter. We'll also show you how to make Sourdough Discard Crackers and explain the "discard" process. Participants will take home a 40 year old starer from Ballymaloe! Enjoy samples of fresh-baked sourdough with farmhouse butters and crackers.
