Oil Pastel Painting inspired by the Florida Highwaymen with Rum River Art Center In-Person
Winter is the perfect time to be inspired by the Florida Highwaymen and create a tropical oil pastel painting to dream of the tropics. Students will learn different oil pastel techniques to layer and create an oil like painting. For adults. Limit 15. Registration required. This program was made possible with Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota's Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
