Sourdough Start to Finish In-Person
There's nothing sour about learning a new skill! Learn how to make your own sourdough bread with our expert Becki Melvie in this informative and fun class. We will learn how to make a loaf of sourdough based off the Ballymaloe Cookery School recipe. You will learn how to make Sourdough Discard Crackers - don't know what "discard" means yet? We will teach you! Class participants will take home their very own sourdough starter that is over 40 years old from Ballymaloe Cookery School, a tasty treat, and handy resources. For ages 14 and up. Registration required, limit 20. Sponsored by the Friends of the Buffalo Library.
