Learn about oil pastels, different techniques and styles. Lots to learn and have fun experimenting. For ages 13 and up. Limit 15 pariticpants. This program was made possible with Arts and Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota's Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
