The Art of Being, Becoming, and Belonging - Rhythmic Healing: Drum Up Your Community In-Person
This summer, the St. Cloud Public Library is partnering with Lyricality Facilitators to offer a FREE, open to the public series of 5 easy and fun creative practices designed to help us all feel less alone and more connected!
Join us for a rhythmic journey toward healing and belonging with drumming. Led by occupational therapists John Salgado Maldonado and Nicole Konz, this course integrates drumming with therapy, enhancing physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. It offers a safe space for everyone, whether beginner or experienced musician, to process experiences and foster personal growth.
