"Group of Seven" Inspired Acrylic Landscape Painting Class In-Person
Participants will look at the paintings produced by the Group of Seven, a prolific group of landscape painters from Canada who primarily worked in the early 20th century. Students will then create an acrylic landscape painting on a canvas. They will choose an image of their choice and render it in a way that is inspired by an image of their choice and render it in a way that is inspired by the fluid composition and confident brush marks found in many of their pieces. For adults and teens 13 and up. Limit 15. This program was made possible with Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesot's Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment.
