Would your child like a patient, attentive friend to read to? Reading to a dog provides the opportunity for your child to read to a registered therapy dog in a relaxed atmosphere. We have Sugar, a cuddly Goldendoodle who will sit with your child and "listen" to a story. Children can practice reading out loud without fear of judgment. It's a great way for kids to gain confidence in their reading. Grades K-4. Sign up for a reading time with Sugar at the library or call (763)497-1998.
