 Are you interested in learning the basics of how to can meats and vegetables? Experienced canner, Liz will instruct us on the principles of safe canning techniques. Differences between open canner vs steam pressure canning will be discussed along with topics such as equipment needed, proper processing methods, jar preparation, and much more. Sponsored by Friends of the Buffalo Library. Limit: 15 Registration required.
