Puppet Show with Dianne Gasch

Join us at the Becker Library for a puppet show by Dianne Gasch where the puppet seems to come to life right before your eyes. Dianne was such a hit last summer that we had to invite her back again. Following the puppet performance we will have an opportunity to make our own puppet to tell our own story.

Bob and the Beachcombers

"Bob & the Beachcombers" bring the beach balls, the Hawaiian leis, the Hula Hoops, and a summertime beach-party fun attitude that will guarantee that the freedom days festivities will be a success. Great music, dancing, audience participation, sing-alongs, contest, and all of the excitement of a "beach blanket bingo" down in the sand will be yours when the "Beachcombers" surf into town for a Becker Freedom Days Concert.

Dig Into Reading Celebration with Professor Marvel

Professor Marvel will lead you on an amazing journey as you discover the magic in Merlin's goblet, recently unearthed at an archaeological "dig." The program will feature non-stop action with interactive storytelling, comedy and magic designed to illustrate the wonders found in books.
