You will make a bracelet that is inspired by the indigenous Sami people (often referred to as Laplanders) from Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the Kola Peninsula of Russia. You will learn four strand braiding with pewter thread. The bracelet will be put on a reindeer leather strap. Prior knowledge of three strand braiding and hand sewing is helpful for this class, but not required. For ages 10 and up. Limit 7. A Legacy event.Library: Great River Regional Library - Cokato Map
