Description:
 Learn the history of ornaments and how to make 3-D Moravian Pennsylvanian German Stars using strips of colored paper and a series of specific folding steps. Dipped in wax, these 3-D stars make fun tree ornaments, gift-wrapping additions, or hanging decor. Your finished paper stars can be used to decorate a tree at the Wright County Historical Society's Festival of Trees. The Festival of Trees is located at 2001 Hwy 25 N, Buffalo, MN 55313 and is open to the public from November 26, 2019 to January 10, 2020. Registration required. Call 320-543-2020 or stop in to the Howard Lake Library to register. For ages 12 and up. Limit 12. Sponsored by the Howard Lake Friends of the Library and the Cokato Historical Society in partnership with the Wright County Historical Society.
