Join us for a morning of exploration and find out more about our great big universe. Families will have the opportunity to classify and organize a variety of objects. They will begin by developing their own methods for classifying everyday objects such as pennies, photos, and plastic dinosaurs to each other and exploring the many different ways the same set of items can be classified and organized. Families will then use the ideas developed in the first activity to start classifying less tangible astronomical objects such as the Sun, planets, galaxies and more. Limit 5 families, each with an adult leader. For ages 8 - adult. Call the library or stop in at the Service Desk to register. Sponsored by the Gwen Memorial Fund and the Delano Friends of the Library.Library: Great River Regional Library - Delano Map
