Face painting and balloon sculptures 3:30-6:30, family story time "Compliments to the Cook!" 6:30-7:15, beverages, snacks and activities all day! See photos from the early days, read the history, and bring your memories to share. Create your own story time with big books, pop-up books and puppets and crafts. Nominate your selections for best reads and must see movies to add to the Rockford permanent collection. All are welcome--please join us!
