See what real courage is. One of the most beloved and beautifully compassionate stories ever written, Harper Lee’s moving tale of life in rural Alabama during the Depression is filled with heartache and joy, conflict and conciliation. Scout, a young tomboy, grows up quickly as her father, Atticus Finch, defends a legal battle that reveals fires of prejudice burning through the South where black and white, rich and poor, young and old, struggle to find common ground and survive. This Pulitzer Prize-winning tale is about innocence, tolerance, family, and the courage to live what you believe. Legacy funded.
