 Learn the old art of Paper Quilling and create charming ornaments for decorating your home or giving as gifts. All materials will be supplied.
For ages 10 to adult. Limit 25. Preregistration is required. Please reserve your spot by stopping in at the library or calling the library at 320.286.5760.
